1. Agreement

These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Vilaasita Designs to the client. By engaging our services, the client agrees to these terms. This document, along with a project-specific proposal, forms the entire agreement between the client and Vilaasita Designs.

2. Services

Vilaasita Designs offers a range of interior design services including, but not limited to:

3. Proposals and Scope of Work

• Each project will commence with a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, design concepts, and estimated costs. [cite: 9, 10]

• The final agreed-upon proposal will define the deliverables for the project.

4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable advance fee is required to initiate the design process.
• For turnkey projects and bespoke furniture orders, a payment schedule will be provided in the project proposal, with payments linked to project milestones.
• All payments must be made as per the schedule for the project to proceed without interruption. Final project handover will occur upon receipt of the final balance.
• All fees are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.

5. Design Process and Revisions

6. Client Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the project site for our team and associated vendors.
• Make timely decisions to avoid project delays.

7. Turnkey Projects and Bespoke Furniture

8. Cancellation and Termination

• A client may terminate the agreement at any stage by providing written notice.
• In the event of cancellation, the client is liable to pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. The advance fee is non-refundable.
• Vilaasita Designs reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project if the client fails to make payments as per the agreed schedule.

9. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, drawings, 3D models, and other materials prepared by Vilaasita Designs remain our intellectual property. The client is granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the specified project only.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
